Never arrived

Never had a problem with H&M online before but most recent order never arrived (Evri). Trying to get through to customer service was awful, got hung up on twice! Finally spoke to a lovely guy who sorted me out a refund. I won't be ordering again. Taking my custom to ASOS instead.

Visited the store bought some clothes

Visited the store bought some clothes. Went home to realise the alarm tug wasn’t removed from one of the cloth item. As I was on holiday back home couldn’t return to the store for good few months and misplaced the receipt too.
Went to the store today at Birmingham to get it removed and the manger on duty (Khalida) refused to remove it without the receipt.
First of all it was their mistake not to remove the tug in the first place. After a lot of arguing I m very disappointed that she still refused to remove the tug and now I am going to have to just recycle this item as it’s no use to me. What a waste of my money and never shopping there again.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I purchase an order for my 7 year old son. Ups lost order and I had to call 7 times to try and get it resolved and 3 of them simply hung up on me. They don't want to help anyone. I will never buy for them again. The worse company I've dealt with.

Be very aware

Be very aware! They use Evri delivery service look at there bad reviews. The delivery service is that bad. How upsetting it must be when a person can’t get there parcel/precent because the parcel is sent to the wrong address. Shop around because they use Evri. It’s your money! Ref:45878440100

What customer service?

Please consider a new courier - if they are unable to deliver the first time there is no redelivery. It’s impossible to get hold of anyone in customer services at H&M - the ‘queue’ is over 100 people for customer service!

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Order placed 5th September. Awaiting collection apparently. Phoned customer service today to be told the parcel is classed as "missing". She refunded me but refused to answer any questions, she just kept saying "mhuh mhuh". I would have expected better from a large company like this

Receipts thrown and Rude manners.

At the start of this month I ordered two pieces of clothing on an online order, however one didn’t fit. Therefore I took it back when I was available to do so and when I took it back, I firstly asked the question whether I was in the right place to return it and the lady said yes, with an unwelcoming tone.

Overall, I am not happy with how I was treated within my experience in the store today; I had receipts thrown at me, my price of return wrong and I was told I was wrong until I proved that I was correct. With other things included, I just felt very disheartened by the whole experience. I often buy stuff from H&M as I love the options they have, however, this has made me very disappointed and it’s not what I expected from the store and not what I have received before.

Technically Evri's fault but an easy exchange!

Ordered some bits with next day delivery which didn't turn up. The Evri carrier had taken a proof of posting of someones home that wasn't ours. Spoke to someone on live chat who was very lovely, said it was probably lost and refunded me there and then.

No help for damaged goods

I purchased a jumper from my nearest store which is 87 îles away, when I got home I discovered that the stitching was all coming out of the neck band at the back. When I contacted customer services to see if I coud send it back and get a replacement I was told there was nothing I coud do unless I returned it to store! A return journey of 180 miles. Unworn (unwearable) with labels still attached. How difficult would it be given they have an online service!
